Delivery

Free UK delivery

Delivery is free on every order to mainland England, Scotland and Wales. No minimum spend, no hidden charges at checkout.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may carry a surcharge. If that applies to your order, we'll contact you with the cost before we place it with our supplier. If you'd rather not go ahead, we'll refund you in full. We don't ship outside the UK.

Delivery times

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. After that:

Boilers, radiators and most heating and plumbing products: typically 3–10 working days.
Air conditioning and heat pumps: some units are available quickly, while others are made to order. We'll confirm your lead time after you order.

These are estimates, not guarantees. If a lead time changes, we'll let you know straight away. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

How it's delivered

Large items such as boilers, cylinders, heat pumps and radiators are delivered to the kerbside, sometimes on a pallet. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery, and that the driver can get a vehicle close to the property. If a delivery fails because nobody was in or access wasn't possible, a redelivery charge may apply, and we'll always talk to you first.

Tracking

We'll email you when your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where available.

Damage in transit

Please check your items on arrival where it's safe to do so. Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, to sales@citiplumbing.co.uk. We'll sort out a replacement, repair or refund in line with our returns policy.

Supply only

We supply products only and don't offer installation. Gas appliances must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and air conditioning and heat pumps by a suitably qualified (F-Gas / MCS) installer.
